We struggled with weight loss for most of our adult lives. That is until we started eating the right foods for our body that helped us to lose weight fairly effortlessly and helped to heal health conditions that we were battling.

Our expertise and experience in this field is what sets us apart. Not only do I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, but I have also gone through my own weight loss journey at 40 years old which resulted in a 45-pound weight loss that I have kept off for several years. While there isn’t a specific diet that works for everyone. We will help you navigate the journey to finding the diet that is best for you. We are passionate about helping people to lose weight and regain their health.

These types of foods cause inflammation, weight gain, metabolic dysfunction, and mental health issues, along with a whole host of other detrimental conditions. Once you learn the truth diet and exercise become effortless. With over two decades of studying nutrition and exercise we have gained a wealth of knowledge. That knowledge combined with self-discipline resulted in us losing all of our excess weight and being able to keep it off. The freedom that self-discipline will give you is something that has to be earned it isn’t given. It is one of the most valuable skills that you will learn and the benefits are compounding. We don’t know the limits to what we can accomplish.

Our bodies have an amazing innate ability to heal itself when we properly take care of it. When you eliminate the foods and triggers in your environment that are causing inflammation and give your body what it needs to repair and thrive that is when we are able to shed the excess weight.

  • 1:1 Private Health Coaching (3 months)

    This is a 3-month health coaching program that consists of personalized nutrition and fitness plans to help you achieve your goals. You will receive two 40 minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions per week. You will get unlimited guidance and support through text and email. This is a very comprehensive program, and we will work on optimizing all areas of health and wellness. Our programs are both practical and sustainable. While nutrition and fitness are key components to losing weight and improving your health there are a number of other small changes that you can make to significantly improve your quality of life.

  • 1:1 Private Health Coaching Program (6 weeks)

    This is a 6-week program that consists of two 40 minute 1:1 coaching sessions per week. You will get unlimited support and guidance through text and email. You will receive a personalized exercise prescription and nutrition plan. This program is designed to give you a firm foundation to help you achieve your weight loss and health goals.

  • 14-Day Crash Course

    This is a 14-day program that will help get you started on implementing changes in your nutrition and exercise routine to help you reach your goals. This crash course consists of three 40 minute 1:1 virtual health coaching sessions.
